Siena Martinez handles and assists with a variety of matters within the trusts and estates arena, from simple estate plans to contested trust and probate matters. She uses the estate tax knowledge she gained during her schooling to pin point the needs of her clients and to tailor their estate plans to those needs. Ms. Martinez is dedicated to working efficiently and effectively towards achieving the best results for her clients. Ms. Martinez assists her clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives, and she always does everything she can to ease the process.
Ms. Martinez received her J.D. and LLM from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2023. During law school, Ms. Martinez was the Chief Articles Editor of the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law, she worked in the Federal Tax Clinic, in which she assisted low-income clients with life altering disputes against the IRS, and she was a law clerk at two different Trust and Estates firms. In connection to her time at Federal Tax Clinic, Ms. Martinez was awarded the 2023 Graduate Award for Outstanding Clinic Intern.
Ms. Martinez is excited to work with each and every client, and values building lasting relationships. In her free time, Siena enjoys playing with her dog, Tulip, practicing Pilates, baking homemade sourdough bread, and spending time with friends and family.
